When you arrive you will be greeted and checked in by a receptionist. If you are a new client you will asked to provide our clinic with information required to provide you with a quality experience. Then you will be escorted to a quiet, well provisioned exam room. 

Your pet will be examined by a Doctor, and depending on the purpose of your visit, appropriate recommendations will be made. At the completion of the examination, any necessary prescriptions are obtained by the technician and their use is explained to you. You will then be escorted back to the reception area for the completion of any necessary paperwork.   Whether your office visit is routine (vaccinations, etc.) or whether your pet is sick or injured, we will always provide a treatment plan before we proceed.
