ATTENTION CLIENTS UPDATE MARCH 17 2020
Due to recent events brought on from Covid-19 we are implementing the following:
- For the time being we will not be bringing clients in the building. Please call our office when you get to the parking lot and we will direct you from there. We will try to take payments over the phone if possible. This applies to all appointments, prescription picks or food pickups.
- Our staff is working hard to make sure our building is as clean as possible. All surfaces touched on a regular basis, especially those touched by the public is being disinfected more frequently. We are also mopping more frequently than we already do.
- Staff members have been instructed to stay home if they or someone in their family is sick.
- We are asking clients if you are ill, someone in your family is feeling sick or you have been traveling recently to consider postponing your appointment or having someone else bring your pet in.
We thank you for your understanding during this time and we appreciate you working with us to make sure our staff and clients stay safe and healthy. If there are any other changes or updates we will post them here and on our Facebook page. Thank you!
